Setup Your Account
Setup
- New accounts must be created by WCLL administration. After the WCLL administrator creates the account, you will receive an email from Stack Officials with instructions on how to logon and create a profile. Please email [email protected] to request an account.
First time Login - Getting Started: If this is your first time logging in, you'll need to activate your account. Check your email for an activation link and follow the instructions to set up your account.
Setup your Payment Profile: To receive payments for your officiating services, you need to set up your payment profile. Log in to your account, navigate to the "My Account" section, and follow the instructions to add your payment information.
Reset Password / Change Username: If you need to reset your password or change your username, go to the login page and click on the "Forgot Password" or "Change Username" links. Follow the prompts to update your information.
Game Assignments
Please self assign to umpire games by clicking the dashboard tab. There is no need to set availability.
Cancelled and Postponed Games: If a game is cancelled or postponed, you'll be notified through the platform. Check the "Game Details" for updated information.
Game Details and Driving Directions: Access details about your assigned games, including location and driving directions, in the "Game Details" section of your assignments.
Contacting your Crew or Assignor: If you need to contact your crew members or assignor, you can find their contact information in the "Game Details" section or through the "Contact" page.
