Annual Membership Meeting

 

Our Annual Membership Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 28th @ 7PM and will take place virtually. A link will be sent around to all members for pre registration to participate in the Annual General Meeting. 

If you have interest in one of our Board of Directors positions or know a member of the community that you'd like to see run, please email Neal McSherry at wcllpresident@gmail.com.

Specific duties of each position can be found here.  

Please note, after the acceptance of a Board of Directors position, a discount code will be provided to remove the payment of the $200 Volunteer Deposit from registration. 

The following positions are up for election in 2022 

  • League Information Officer

  • Volunteer Director

  • Registrar

  • Field and Maintenance Coordinator

Nominations are due by Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 9:00 PM.

Elections will be held virtually at the Annual General Meeting scheduled on 9/28/22.
